Goldstein VFGTL-X – V-Pan Split Pan Gas Deep Fryer

The Goldstein VFGTL-X V-Pan split pan gas fryer is designed for commercial kitchens that need flexibility, accurate temperature control and efficient frying performance. The fryer features two independent 16L oil pans, allowing different foods to be cooked separately while helping reduce oil cross-contamination. Each pan has its own nickel-plated wire mesh basket, with a large cool zone designed to help extend oil life. The V-pan design combines high energy efficiency, rapid heating response and quick temperature recovery, making it suitable for busy commercial kitchens. A Fenwal thermostat provides accurate temperature control of ±1°C, with an optimal cooking range of 150–190°C. The stainless steel pan front and sides provide a durable, easy-to-clean finish, while the mechanical controls and front-access components make servicing straightforward.
