Lincat OE8416 Opus Ignite Electric Counter Top Chargrill

The Lincat OE8416 Opus Ignite is a 850mm commercial electric counter-top chargrill designed for professional kitchens. Real flame technology delivers authentic chargrilled flavour and attractive branding marks, while two independently controlled heat zones provide flexibility during service. Heavy-duty segmented cast iron grids are removable for easier cleaning, with vapourising technology turning fat and food debris into ash for simple sweep-out cleaning. An enamelled base plate and three-piece stainless steel splashback also help make everyday cleaning easier. The OE8416 is supplied with legs, locating cups, a grid lifting tool and cleaning rake as standard. Optional accessories include a resting rack, garnish rail for GN 1/9 pots and a stand for flexible installation.
