Covid-19 Customer Communication Update

Our warehouse is open and we can deliver a large range of equipment from stock. During the current Covid – 19 restrictions our freight companies have advised us that the following protocols will be in place regarding drop-off and deliver confirmations.
Freight company protocols
We have been advised by our pallet carrier that as a network they have instructed drivers to not ask for a POD signature. They will be asking for the name of the recipient and this will be recorded but as a business we will be unable to supply full POD’s for any deliveries until further notice.
Our manufacturing plant continues to operate with additional health and safety measures in place, we have taken a number of steps to protect our employees working in the factory. We will continue to operate to ensure our customers maintain access to make to order products not currently held in stock.
We acknowledge that these are worrying times, however we would like to reassure you that we are doing all we can to ensure you can carry on as normal as possible. We are closely following and monitoring government advice. We will endeavour to support our customers during these unprecedented times and provide an uninterrupted level of service.
